Moving West!

We have spent 8 days in Colorado with a sick family member but we did get out a few days to the National Park!

Have you ever looked down at a rainbow?  We did!

Standing in front of these majestic mountains just takes your breath away!

The puppies had fun!

Especially when we saw these Bull Elk!

 
And when we saw this Moose, well we all almost wet our pants!

What fun!

So we decided what the heck, lets move west.....

We found a house

A car

With cute built in nanny..... 

A fishin boat

but then Freddie started getting bored....

 
Rudy missed being the cool dog in the neighborhood....

Dylan had to start Kindergarten.....

So we had to come back to earth and reality and come home!  Had you fooled didn't I?

Anyways, it was a nice visit and break.  We went out to help uncle Ron have his yearly garage sale.  He junk hunts all year and then has one huge sale.  Uncle Ron has stage 4 liver cancer and we would appreciate each and every prayer that goes up for him. 

He is a wonderful man with a wonderful family who has changed my life in so many ways.  I will forever be grateful to have met him and been a part of his life!

So now that I am home....life goes on.  I have 2 giveaways that I havn't mailed.  Plan to get that done this week and still making my pretty digital images.

Hi Diane! I know exactly how you feel since we just got back from Canada last Wednesday. It's tough getting into the 'grind' again isn't it! I'm so sorry to read about your Uncle...this was a very worthwhile trip for you albeit I'm sure a tough one. Just hold close to your happy memories and that will get you through all this. Yes you had me fooled...you brat ;)I'm glad you're staying put in my favorite State. Enjoy your quiet time now that your little one has gone off to school...sounds like you've been keeping busy with projects...good for you.
